Customer & Sales Support

Currently recruiting for a Customer & Sales Support Administrator for our client based in Corby

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am till 5pm

Location: Corby

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00 /year


Responsible for providing the Company with customer service and external sales administrative activities and also general site administrative duties using procedures and systems supplied to complete the tasks. Provide a customer focused service for all related tasks with excellent attention to detail ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled to a quality level that is in line with Company Quality and Objectives.

Reporting to: Customer Services Manager

Principal Duties


  • Following all procedures to ISO standards, Sales Order Process, Purchasing Process and Quotes Process
  • Customers
  • Coordinating the intercompany transactions and production for specific clients
  • Following Sales Order Process including:
  • Raising despatch and delivery notes
  • Posting invoices
  • Dealing with all queries regarding factory orders and deliveries
  • Dealing with individual client queries and purchase orders
  • Liaising with customers
  • Dealing with Customer POD requests
  • Quality
  • Working at all times to ISO quality procedures
  • Sales Support
  • Providing sales support for external sales as required
  • Provision of purchasing quotes
  • Provide customers with samples and the relevant paperwork
  • Adapting written correspondence from sales team to letter creation
  • Monitoring sales team emails for urgent requests
  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers
  • Accounts
  • Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
  • Taking WorldPay payments
  • Production
  • Raising factory orders
  • Printing labels for factory
  • Booking deliveries in bound
  • Booking deliveries out bound
  • Booking courier collections
  • Dealing with courier queries and issues
  • Stock
  • Assist manager to input stock take data on request/cover
  • Ordering raw materials and tooling for production
  • Delivering in orders from suppliers
  • Administration
  • Answering the telephone
  • Scanning and Filing
  • General
  • Housekeeping
  • Ad hoc office duties
  • Undertaking additional duties within the capabilities of the role on request.
